3-Day PgMP Bootcamp — Structure and Daily Outcomes
Day one of the PgMP bootcamp covers Program Strategy Alignment and Program Benefits Management — the two domains that most distinguish program management from project management. Participants learn how to connect program direction to organizational strategy and how to build a benefits realization plan that delivers measurable value beyond the sum of its component projects. Day two covers Stakeholder Engagement and Program Governance, exploring how to navigate complex executive and sponsor relationships and how to structure decision-making authority across a program. Day three covers Program Lifecycle Management and Supporting Processes, including risk, resource, and schedule integration across the program, followed by a comprehensive exam readiness session with full-length mock questions.
Post-Bootcamp Support — What Happens After You Leave the Classroom?
vCare Project Management support does not end when the bootcamp concludes. All classroom participants receive continued access to the online mock exam platform for 90 days post-bootcamp, a structured 4-week post-bootcamp study guide, and one follow-up mentor session to address weak areas identified in post-bootcamp practice exams. Application support for the panel review process is also available as an add-on, ensuring that bootcamp participants have everything needed to navigate the full PgMP certification journey from exam prep through application approval.
